At LS OptimAIze, we strive to deliver excellence. We understand that circumstances may change. Below is our comprehensive guide to cancellations and refunds for our various services.

Software Development Services

Project-Based

No refund once the project has commenced. Refunds available only within 3 days of initiation if NO work has started.

Milestones

No refunds for milestone-based payments once work on that specific milestone has commenced.

Completed Work

Strictly no refunds available for completed and delivered project phases or fully deployed milestones.

Maintenance & Support

  • Monthly/Annual Plans: Cancellation allowed with 30-day notice. Prorated refunds provided for unused time.
  • Emergency Support: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis only if service standards (SLAs) are not met.
  • Auto-Renewal: Can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle.
